Pets belonging to owners entering a domestic violence shelter, entering a hospital or owners incarcerated may be temporarily cared for at the Flagler Humane Society. However; in many cases these individuals can’t afford boarding fees and we of course won’t turn them away if we have the space, therefore, we are always looking for donations to off-set the cost of care for these pets while their owners are unable to care for them.

Unsterilized pets will be spayed or neutered while in the care of FHS.
