Each Friday evening\, we bring a small group of adoptable dogs to Good Times Dog Bar for playtime\, socialization\, and—fingers crossed—finding their forever homes. \n\n\n\nWhat to expect: \n\n\n\n\nA relaxed\, fun vibe where you can meet dogs outside the shelter and see their true personalities. \n\n\n\nPlenty of snuggles\, tail wags\, and photo ops with the help of the amazing Good Times staff and patrons. \n\n\n\nFriendly\, knowledgeable Flagler Humane Society staff who can answer questions about each dog and the adoption process. \n\n\n\n\nWhy do we do it? \n\n\n\n\nTime out of kennels helps our dogs decompress\, burn energy\, and practice good manners around people and other pups. \n\n\n\nYou get a real-life look at how they mingle in a social setting—perfect for finding the right match. \n\n\n\n\nThinking about adopting? \n\n\n\n\nChat with our team on-site to learn about a dog’s history\, quirks\, and ideal home. \n\n\n\nStart the adoption application there or online later—no pressure to decide on the spot. \n\n\n\n\nGood to know: \n\n\n\n\nThe event runs weekly unless there’s severe weather; check our social channels for any updates. \n\n\n\nPlease follow the dog bar’s house rules for visiting pets. SUMMARY:Joyride Event in Support of Flagler Humane Society!
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun-filled morning at Mazda of St. Augustine as we celebrate our shelter animals and raise funds to support the Flagler Humane Society! \n\n\n\nOn Saturday\, August 15th\, from 10 am to 2 pm\, head over to 1165 Marketplace Dr in St. Augustine (just a short 20-minute trip from our shelter!) for a free community event packed with great food\, adorable animals\, and exciting activities. Admission is free\, and all are welcome! \n\n\n\nHere’s how you can make a difference:Take a Mazda for a spin and help shelter animals at the same time! For every test drive completed\, Mazda of St. Augustine will donate $50 directly to Flagler Humane Society. Just be sure to bring your valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance; you’ll need both to participate in test drives and convertible rides. \n\n\n\nWant to do even more? For just a $10 donation\, you can send one of our shelter dogs on their very own joyride in a Mazda Miata. Trust us\, they’ll love it.While you’re there\, you can also: \n\n\n\n– Meet adoptable dogs and cats looking for their forever homes– Enjoy free hot dogs\, burgers\, and refreshments– Enter our hourly raffle drawings for a chance to win great prizes– Drop off pet food donations (kitten food is most needed right now!) \n\n\n\nThis event is a wonderful opportunity to support local animals while having a great time with family and friends.
