DESCRIPTION:What’s better than snuggling up with a shelter dog for a night? This April 18th\, Flagler Humane Society is joining shelters across the country for the Shelter Slumber Pawty — and we’re bringing the pajamas\, the snacks\, and all the puppy cuddles. \n\n\n\nThis is our very first year participating\, and we’re kicking things off close to home. Our dedicated staff members and experienced dog walking volunteers will be spending the night right here at the shelter\, keeping our dogs company and showing them they are never alone. \n\n\n\nPlease note: This event is not open to the public. Participation is limited to FHS staff and experienced volunteers as we learn the ropes in our inaugural year. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be part of the magic — we need YOUR support! \n\n\n\nYou can donate directly to our Shelter Slumber Pawty participants and help us reach our fundraising goal. Every dollar raised stays right here at Flagler Humane Society\, going directly toward the care of our animals — food\, medical treatment\, enrichment\, and everything in between. \n\n\n\nThis is just the beginning. On Thursday\, June 4\, Flagler Humane Society is heading to CTK Summer Camp for an in-school field trip — and we’re bringing some adorable friends along with us\, including a mini pig\, guinea pigs\, and some other friendly animals!  \n\n\n\nWhile the kids get to meet our amazing animals up close\, we’re also collecting donations to help feed the fur-babies back at the shelter. Families are encouraged to send in kitten food (wet or dry)\, dog food (wet or dry)\, and/or dog treats before or on the day of our visit. \n\n\n\nEvery donation helps fill bowls and hearts — and shows our campers that small acts of kindness make a BIG impact for animals in need! 💚 \n\n\n\n📍 Donations will be collected at CTK on Thursday morning and brought directly back to the shelter. \n\n\n\nWant to learn more about Flagler Humane Society?
